William “Bill” George Thomas, age 67 of Rockford, passed away Friday, September 7, 2018. He was born October 25, 1950 in Minneapolis, the son of William and June (Schneider) Thomas.

Bill was a graduate from North High School in Minneapolis.

On December 29, 1975, William G. Thomas was united in marriage to Rose M. Muehlbauer.

Bill enjoyed fishing, fixing and flipping cars, going to lakes, and spending time with his family -especially his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and June Thomas; and his grandparents.

Bill is survived by his wife, Rose Thomas; children, Tracy Muehlbauer (Scott), Peggy Thomas (Paul), Tammy Thomas (Roy), Steven Thomas (Laura); and grandchildren, Tara, Nick, Isek, Collin, Trey, Savanna, Malachi, Spencer, Levi, and baby on the way.

A memorial service will be held Friday, November 2, 2018 at 12:00 PM at The Peterson Chapel in St. Michael. Visitation will be held at the chapel from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
