May 15, 1946 – June 7, 2019

William (Bill) Buschel passed away at his home in Red Oak, Texas on June 7th 2019.  He was born May 15th 1946 to Herman and Margaret Buschel in Mora, MN.

Bill attended Buffalo High School until he went into the Navy in June of 1967, he was assigned to the USS F.D. Roosevelt until his discharge in May of 1967.  December 21st 1968 he married Linda Moy of  Waverly, MN.  Together they had 2 children, Scott & Lynette.  The family lived in Buffalo until moving to Texas in 1980.

Bill is survived by his wife of 50 years, Linda; his son, Scott & Lili Buschel; daughter, Lynette & Larry Hutson; his 3 beautiful grandchildren, Denise, Joseph and Kaitlyn Hutson; also his brother, Jim & wife Noreen of Mc Donough, Ga; sister-in-law, Mary Buschel of Buffalo;  brother-ln-laws, Alan and Jim Moy of Waverly, MN and Willard Swanson of Phx. AZ; plus many nieces & nephews.

There will be a memorial for Bill June 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM the location is the Irving Elks Lodge in Irving TX, where he was a member for many years.  His remains will be buried at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
