Thank you for joining us in the farewell of our Son, Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, Nephew, Grandson, Best Friend and Warrior.
Von is survived by: his wife Kristi, children Soleena and Owen, mother Connie, mother-in-law Sally, father-in-law Kevin, brother Randy, sisters Renée, Debbie and Darcy, nephews Jerry, Kyle and David, nieces Sable, Sammy, Bobby, Jennifer, Hannah, sister-in-law Keilah, best friends, aunties, uncles, nephews and nieces, grandparents, and four-legged friends.
Preceded in death by: grandparents Edward, Alice, Robert and Rose, father Stanley, brother Steve, uncle Roger, friend Mike E, and Lita puppy.
Please forgive us if we failed to mention your friendship with Von. We most certainly will never forget who you are, and the ways you have touched our family. We will always be here for you. This is not the end; it is the beginning of our healing together.
Traditional All-night Wake Thursday, May 27th, 2010, at The Peterson Chapel, Buffalo (119 Central Ave.) beginning at 5 P.M.
Further wake and Traditional Service Friday through Saturday in Naytahwaush, MN, on the White Earth Reservation.

Burial is in Naytahwaush on the White Earth Reservation.
So sorry to hear about your loss. My daughter, Piper, was in Owen’s pre-school class this year. We pray for your family and grieve your loss.
KristiKaye–I’m so very, very sorry for your loss. We accidently heard this thru one of Scott’s classmates–I kinda remember Von was ill at your G’ma’s wake, but didn’t realize this could happen. I do think of you and your mom often and I am so very sorry for your loss. Hope you and your kids are doing ok. Go with God.
