Visitation Information
Vesta Mae Bramel, age 70, of Rockford, Minnesota, passed away December 7th, 2012, following a lengthy illness. She is survived by three daughters:
Meda (Charles) Rogich of Rockford Minnesota; Vesta (John Lehman, Jr.) Todd of Buffalo, Minnesota; and Benita (Jimmy Dropps) Bramel also of Rockford, Minnesota: two brothers, Paul Warren Harvey of Missouri and LeRoy Davis of California; Three sisters, Joyce Knight of Texas, Susan Roberts of Missouri, and Kathy Earney of Missouri, in addition to nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
She had a PASSION and LOVE for little dogs and birds. Some believe she could communicate with them, sitting in
her back yard carrying on a two-way conversation. Quilting and garage sales, collecting dolls or shopping for cloths
consumed her days and most evenings. Nothing, however topped her love for Elvis (she saw him live in concert) and the ability to cover every finger of her hand with jewelry. To know her was to love her. She will will be dearly missed by all.
Private Services have been set for Friday December 14th, 2012 from The Peterson Chapel Buffalo, Minnesota
with burial to follow in the Elmwood Cemetery, Rockford, Minnesota.

Dear Grandma, where do i even begin to tell you how much you have impacted my life & the amount you mean to me. Some of my best memories in life, you were apart of. One of my favorite memories was when you worked as a lunch attendent at school, and all my friends called you grandma. How cool it was to see you everyday. And i know how much it meant to you, thats the best memory of all. Our trip to Missouri we had before your mother passes away, was a touching trip. Cant forget all the time you spent helping take care of Kira when she was born. No one could of done a better job. And how smart she is today because of you teaching her things. We love you so much Grandma. Your extremely missed! Im thankful for having such a remarkable Grandmother as you. I know one day i’ll see you again. Thank you Grandma for everything. I love you, always -nicole-
Vesta, I’ve known you for about 37 years. Thats a long time to know somebody. It was pleasure to know you Vesta just as I remember you for all these years, and will continue to. There’s one particular memory I have of you that i could never forget. It always made me laugh! I remember when you bleached you hair platniun blonde. Then you came to our mobile home and dyed it back right away. It was so funny remember it like it was yeterday. But i did get it on my 8mm movie camera of you running out of the house to get away from the camera. lol. Those are the memories I have and will remember you by. You were always such a strong women inside and out. I truely respected you just because of that. I’m thankful for knowing you all these years. And deeply sorry for the families loss…Thank you for letting me share my memories of Vesta. She will be missed -Rick-
