Schumm, Vernon V. age 79, of St. Michael.
Survived by children: Connie (Doug) Pugh, Julie (Dwane) Cox, Donald Schumm, Jeaneen Fehn, Lisa Schumm and Kimberly (Bart) Moran; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers: Loren & Merrel (Sharon) Schumm, a sister: Marlene (Pete) Barthel; a sister-in-law: Linda Schumm; a brother- in-law: Stanley Clover.
Preceded in death by wife, Irene (nee Arens); sons, Thomas & David; a sister, 2 brothers and a special friend Edith Arnold.
Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Friday, Church of St. Michael in St. Michael.
Visitation at the funeral home on Thursday 4-8 PM. Prayer service 7:00 PM. Further visitation at the church on Friday morning one hour prior to mass.
Your voice and guitar playing will be missed, but I am sure will be welcomed with the choir in heaven.
Thank you for your friendship and sharing your talent. We need more friends like you in this world and thank you for being a positive influence for my teen sons and encouraging them as they are developing their talents.
