We were very sad to hear of Vera’s passing. We were neighbors at Round lake and have many fond memories of her. She was kind, generous and a great cook. After she moved to MN we always enjoyed our phone visits – Vera was always upbeat and told us how she enjoyed being near the senior center. We both loved her and we will keep her in our hearts forever. We will miss her.

You were a mother to us, a grandmother to my children. We laughed together and cried together. You were a great influence on my life. Bless you. I will miss our conversations and all we shared together. You will be missed but we’ll see you again.
    Love you, Carol and family

We shared many summers together, with that came many great memories. Late nights by the camp fire, enjoying delicious meals, to supplying Curtis with an endless supply of coffee every Saturday and Sunday morning, while him and George watched wrestling. Although I can go on forever Vera will always be remembered for her kind heart, open ears and love of life. We will keep her memory alive until we meet again. God Bless! Love, Curtis, Peggy, Meghan, Cassie, Doug and Meara
