Timothy Peter Tigue, age 65, of St. Michael passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at The University Hospital St. Paul East Bank.

He was born on March 23, 1948 in Minneapolis the son of Edward M. & Janett C. (Kaltenbach) Tigue.

On August 28, 1971, Timothy P. Tigue and Elaine M. Klimek were joined in holy marriage at Saint William’s Catholic Church in Parkers Prairie. God blessed their marriage with a son.

Timothy was employed for thirty-eight years by The Osseo School District.

He was an avid Nascar & Twins fan, enjoyed classic cars and a cold coke, bowling, loved fireworks, holiday exterior illumination, playing bingo, and was a talented handyman who loved his family especially his grandchildren.

Survived by his loving wife: Elaine;
a son: Nickolas (Renei) Tigue of Miami, Florida; three grandchildren: Annabell, Olivia and Jaxson; a sister and 2 brothers: Teri Monchamp of Farmington, Thomas Tigue of Phoenix and Ted Tigue of Chanhassen; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents and by a sister: Trudy.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Timothy Tigue will be held on Tuesday, February 18th, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at The St. Michael Catholic Church in St. Michael, Minnesota.

A visitation will be held on Monday, February 17th, 2014 from 4-8 P.M. at The Peterson Chapel St. Michael-Albertville Funeral Home. Further visitation will be held on Tuesday morning, February 18th one hour prior to Mass at the church.

Honorary Casket Bearer will be Richard Kieselhorst.

Casket Bearers will be Patrick Herbert, Michael Herbert, Joseph Tigue, Tim Klimek, Aaron Klimek and Lee Klimek.
