Thomas Edward Holmquist, age 52, of Buffalo passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids.

He was born on December 26, 1959 in Black Rock, Arkansas the son of Donald F. & Opal Hilborn Holmquist.

Thomas attended Red Wing High School.

He was employed at Whirltronics in metal stamping.

Thomas has lived in the Buffalo area for the past fifteen years coming from Redwing.

Survived by a sister: Debra Elizabeth (Kevin) Owens of Annandale; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his wife: Lora Dalson Holmquist on November 23, 2011, his parents: Donald & Opal Holmquist and by a brother: Donald Gene Holmquist.

A Memorial service for Thomas Holmquist will be held on Friday, July 13th at 7:00 P.M. at The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo, Minnesota.

A Time of gathering will be held on Friday, July 13th at the funeral home from 6:00 P.M. until time of services.
