Thelma Louise Aaron, age 85, of Buffalo, Minnesota passed away on Saturday, December 27th, 2008 at The Buffalo Hospital. She has been an area resident since 2003, moving from Norfolk, Nebraska.
She was born on November 30, 1923 in Salina, Kansas the daughter of Milford Vanatta & Beulah Workman Vanatta.
Through the years, Thelma was very active in the Salvation Armyʼs Ministry. When her health permitted, she regularly attended worship services at The United Methodist Church in Buffalo, Minnesota.
Survived by a loving son: Roger L. (Sandy) Aaron of St. Michael, Minnesota; grandchildren: Chad (Ina) Aaron of Plattsmouth, Nebraska and Tammy Aaron of Shakopee, Minnesota; three great grandchildren; a brother: Ernest (Garnett) Vanatta of Cincinnati, Ohio; other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her father and by her mother.
Funeral services for Thelma Aaron will be held on Friday, January 2nd, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at The Ryan Mortuary, 137 North 8th, Salina, Kansas. Interment will follow Gypsum Hill Cemetery in Salina, Kansas.
