Tanner David Dickson’s enthusiasm for life ended peacefully of natural causes on July 3, 2014 in Naples, Florida at the age of 24.

Tanner was born the evening of April 14, 1990 to Kent and Cynthia (Peterson) Dickson in Buffalo, MN. He was baptized into the Christian Faith and Confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church in Buffalo. He graduated from Buffalo High School in 2009. Tanner enjoyed life to its fullest! He was known to live “full throttle” at all times. While growing up he enjoyed dirt biking, hunting and fishing with family and friends, paintballing and most of all, taunting his brother Dylan. He spent these years working side by side with his family at Dickson Construction. After graduation he went to work for Albertville Body Shop.

He was a member of the Rice Killer car club. In 2011 Tanner permanently moved to Bonita Springs, FL to be closer to his mother and brother. His mother was very excited to have her “Sweet Sontan” close to her. He was currently employed by River Walk Tavern in Tin City, Naples, FL.

Tanner’s zest for life was second to none. He was a master at breaking things, including himself. He was always smiling, laughing, making others laugh and making the best out of any situation. Tanner shared this legacy with his 5 younger brothers and sister who looked up to him and felt so blessed to have him in their lives.

We thank God for the life of Tanner and are confident in His promise that we will meet again!

Tanner was preceded in death his by grandparents Arlene Dickson and Ed and Patricia Peterson.

He is survived by his parents, Kent (Amy) Dickson of Buffalo, MN, Cynthia Dickson (Travis Bomstad), Brother and Best Friend, Dylan Dickson (Max Carta) all of Bonita Springs, FL, sister Angel, brothers Victor, Armondo, Carlos, Jose and Marcus. Grandparents Clayton Dickson and Margie Peterson. Aunts and Uncles, Kevin and Pam Dickson, Keith Dickson, Russ and Terry Peterson, all of Buffalo, MN. Shari and Tim Davenport of Spring Park, MN, Jenny and Benjy Ver Steeg of Hancock, MN. Cousins, Sara (Pat) Christianson of Farmington, MN, Alisa Dickson (Dwan Shannon) of Bloomington, MN, Robbie Dickson of Buffalo, MN, Justin, Missy, Tyler, Chad and Levi Peterson, Angie (Darroch) Smith of Buffalo, Jeff (Kristin) Davenport of Chaska, MN, Patti Davenport of Maple Grove, MN and Mason Ver Steeg of Hancock, MN.
