Stephanie Elizabeth Nelson, age 30 journey ended peacefully surrounded by family on May 26, 2015 after complications following a transplant at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. Memorial service on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at 2 PM at The Peterson Chapel, St. Michael, MN with a visitation one hour prior to service at the chapel. Time of fellowship at Liberty Resturant & Bar in St. Michael, MN following the service.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Gordy.
Survived by her mother, Cindy; brothers, Nate (Kelsey) & their children, Katrina, Sean & Elliana; brother, Corey; sister, Katelyn; grandmother, Verna & aunts, uncles, cousins & dear friends.

As I brush away my tears, flashbacks of our youth flood to me. I just spoke to her not too long ago. She was a good friend for many of years, good heart and someone I will dearly miss. I’m so sorry for your loss. I give you all my condolences and I pray for you and your family during this time.
