Said best by grandson, Justin: “Granny was an inspiration to all of us. She loved unconditionally and always had a smile on her face. Like a yellow flower in a garden bed of daisies, she shined brightly and always warmed our hearts. She will always be loved and never forgotten.”

Sally was a dedicated registered nurse for over 25 years and was highly respected for her caring and selfless nature. She thoroughly enjoyed helping people and had a unique ability to put a smile on your face. Sally was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Words cannot express how much she will be missed.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Doris and Clarence (C.W.) Krause.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Roger R; sons, Jeff (Natalie) and Jay (Deb); daughter, Jenny (Jen); grandchildren, Justin, Taylor (Daniel) Van Pelt, Ashley and Austin; sister, Ann (Charley) Mencel.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials preferred to Alzheimer’s Association, Tribute/Memorial donation.

Although we didn’t know Sally for very long, it is easy to tell the kind of person she was by the way that her family interacts with everyone. Our condolences to your family.
