Ruth M. Seashore, age 91 of Buffalo, passed away May 21 at Lake Ridge Manor in Buffalo.
Ruth was born the daughter of Carl and Estella (Reynolds) Lilja on March 27, 1925 in Buffalo, MN
On April 26, 1949, Ruth was united in marriage to Glen H. Seashore at the Buffalo Evangelical Covenant Church in Buffalo.
Ruth’s working career was spent at both the Wright County probate office and treasurer’s office. She also worked a short time for the Buffalo Hospital and Campbell Abstract.
Ruth is preceded in death by her parents Carl and Estella Lilja; husband Glen.
She is survived by daughter Bette Mattson of Buffalo; son Brad (Corina) Seashore of CA; grandchildren Guy Mattson, Christina and Nathan Seashore.
Funeral services for Ruth were held Tuesday, May 24 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service all at the Lake Ridge Care Center Chapel in Buffalo.
Officiating was Pastor Chuck Dake.
Interment in the Swedish Mission Cemetery in Buffalo.
Bette, Guy and family, we are so sorry for your loss. Your mother’s and grandmother’s faith and how she lived her life was a testimony to us.
So sorry for your loss. She was such a joy to talk to. Have known her since I can remember. May the Lord give you peace and strength in the days ahead.
