Ronald Thomas Lenneman, age 77, of St. Michael, MN, passed away on Monday, July 12, 2010, at Golden Living Center in Delano, MN.
He was born in Frankfort Township, Wright County, MN, on October 13, 1932, the son of Henry and Helena Haffner Lenneman.
On October 16, 1954, Ronald Lenneman and Delrose Vetsch were joined in holy marriage at the Church of St. Albert in Albertville, MN. God blessed their marriage with a son Gordon.
Ronald, along with his brother Richard, engaged in dairy farming west of St. Michael for many years. He was still farming the land until he had a major stroke in 2008.
He was a life long, faithful member of The Church of St. Michael.
Survived by loving wife of fifty five years Delrose C. Lenneman; a son: Gordon (Laura) Lenneman of River Falls, WI; grandsons: Mitchell and Neil; sisters and a brother: Muriel (Ermin) Schumacher of Albertville, Marion Lenneman of St. Michael and Richard (Margery) Lenneman of Albertville; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents: Henry and Helena, and a brother: Howard.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Ronald “Ronnie” Lenneman was held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, July 16th at the Church of St. Michael in St. Michael. Visitation at the church was held Thursday, July 15th from 4-8 P.M.
Honorary Casket Bearers were Ronald’s two grandsons: Mitchell and Neil.
Casket Bearers were Greg Lenneman, David Vetsch, Ed Vetsch, Kenny Lenneman, Dennis Lenneman and David Schumacher.
