Ronald A. Walz, age 59, of Monticello passed away unexpectedly on September 30, 2014.
He was born on December 28, 1954 in St. Paul, MN the son of Robert and Lorraine (Mehrwerth) Walz, Sr.
Ron was very handy and creative and could fix anything. He enjoyed shooting pool and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his children: Amber Walz, Kory Walz, Zac Neft and Derek Neft; 5 grandchildren; siblings Robert A. Walz, Jr., Gerald Walz, Debbie Miller, Michelle Messerschmidt and Kim Olson; other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Dwane.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 1-3 PM at The Peterson Chapel, Buffalo, MN.
Private interment at St. Andrew Cemetery, Elk River, MN.
The Peterson Chapel, Buffalo assisted the family with arrangements.
