Robert “Bob” Dahlin age 68 of St. Michael, MN passed away at Tri- County Hospital, Wadena on July 9, 2016. Memorial service on Friday, July 15, 2016 at St. Michael Catholic Church, St. Michael at 12 PM with visitation one hour prior to service at the church on Friday. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery, Deer Creek, MN.
Bob was born on September 27, 1947 to Stanley and Ada (Brun) Dahlin in Watertown, MN. He married Connie Carlquist on June 10, 1967. He served his country with the US Navy during the Vietnam War from March 24, 1965 to September 26, 1968. Bob enjoyed four wheeling on his ATV, snowmobiling, driving and traveling. He spent time between Yuma, AZ, St. Michael and Deer Creek, MN. Bob truly adored his dog, Heidi.
Preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Ada (Brun) Dahlin and his wife of 49 years, Connie.
Survived by his daughters, Lorrie Oberlander, Pennie (Darren) Astle and Bobbie (Joseph) Anderson; grandchildren, Natasha, Kerra, William, Emily and Samantha; brothers, Dennis (Sally) Dahlin, Richard (Bonnie Krank) Dahlin; sisters, Dar (John) Pich and Shelly (Tom) Ross; sister-in-law, Christy (Mark) Weispfenning; beloved dog, Heidi and many other family and friends.
