My thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family. My whole family will miss him dearly. He had such a big heart. Plenty to go around. With love, The Cossette/Martinez family.

Gene is not only one of my best friends, but the best neighbor anyone could have. I am so very sorry for the loss of your brother. My deepest prayers and sympathies go out to you and your family.

Rick was talking to a customer at the counter a couple of weeks ago and he was talking about food. He said that during the holidays the family always asks him to bring one particular item because everyone just loves it. He told the customer, “I am a pretty good cook” and then just smiled. I know he was and he was also proud of his garden.
I will miss Rick — the stories he used to tell and the opinions he had on various topics. Condolences to the whole Ross family and to Kristopher and family.

I will miss seeing Rick out for his walks carrying that great big “stick”. The family is in our prayers and remember he is with Dad now and will be watching over all of you. We are here if you need anything…even “PICKLES” Geneo!!!!

Sorry for your loss. I only know Gene and have never met Rick. But if he was like Gene he was a good guy. I don’t know were he stood with Jesus so this makes us think of our own lives and if we are living them as we should be. I express my condolences to the family and am sorry for your loss. May God use your loss for someone’s benefit somewhere and I pray for healing amongst your family. Tom Waldron

I just learned about Rick’s passing away on Saturday and would like to send my condolences to the family. Rick would come in with cookies and recipes for us every so often. He had a heart of GOLD, always willing to help out anyone. We will surely miss his special outlook on life, his wonderful cologne he would wear (always smelled good) and just the RICK we knew. We’ll miss you Rick.

You left everyone empty hearted. Not a day goes by where no one is thinking of you. It’s been a while now, but it still feel like yesterday we were out in your garden and talking about Bob Dylan. I wish you would have reached out to one of us Rick. We cared so much. Love you. Miss you dearly and think about you lots. Please check in with us every now and again.
