Ranulph “Randy” Haegele

April 18, 1939-December 26, 2023

Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather Randy Haegele passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on December 26, 2023.  He is survived by his wife of 63 years Sandy Haegele, children Kent (Julie) Haegele, Kevin (Amber) Haegele and Kim (Steve) Burns.  Grandchildren Nichole, Katie, Hannah, Nick, Nate, Kara, Lance and 12 great grandchildren.  Further survived by his only sibling, Leander (Muriel) Haegele of Federal Way, WA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sebastian and Agatha Haegele, grandson Blayze Eugene Haegele, father-in-law Sigmund Wrobel.

He was employed for 31 years by NSP in the Substation Construction Engineering Department and a member of IBEW Local Union 160.  He was an avid golfer. Over the years, Randy and Sandy enjoyed traveling on 22 ocean and river cruises that brought them to the Amazon, Alaska, Australia, European Cities, the Caribbean and many other places in the World.  Following retirement they enjoyed 19 winters in Green Valley, AZ.  Randy had the “handy man gene.”  He could fix anything and it was always perfect!  Sandy never had to call a repairman.
