Randall Robert Zahler, age 42, of Eagan, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2009 at The Methodist Hospital in Rochester.

He was born on September 18, 1966 in Buffalo the son of John & Netty Hofman Zahler.

Randy honorably served his Country in The United States Army and retired from the military in 1992. He later became an Optician until illness forced him to retire.

On March 31, 1993, Randall R. Zahler and Connie C. Parker were joined in marriage in Hinesville, Georgia. Randall was a great and loving husband!

He enjoyed music, playing guitar, mandolin, violin and harmonica. He also enjoyed drawing.

Survived by his loving wife: Connie C. Zahler; parents: John & Netty Zahler; a sister: Beverly (Donald) Green; brothers: Paul (Ana) Zahler, David and Kenneth Zahler; mother-in-law: Clara Parker; many other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by two children: Niki in 1995 and Eliyon in 2002.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Randall Zahler will be held on Friday, April 17thth at 11:00 A.M. at The Church of St. Michael in St. Michael. Father Paul Zahler will be the Celebrant.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 16th from 4-8 P.M. at The Church of St. Michael. Further visitation will be held on Friday morning, April 17th one hour prior to Mass also at the Church.
