Pauline L. Becker, age 94, of Buffalo, MN, passed away on December 16, 2014 in Aitkin, MN.
Pauline was born September 14, 1920 in Miller, SD. At the age of 14 she moved with her family to Mahnomen, MN. Pauline married Emmet Anderson on February 20, 1939. They moved to Buffalo in 1947. In 1952-1953, Pauline became a LPN attending school at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, MN. Emmet passed away November 1961. On December 15, 1966 she married Frederick Becker. She worked as an LPN at Buffalo Hospital and Oak Terrace Nursing Home in Minnetonka, MN. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Her many interests were gardening, sewing, reading, crocheting and walking. Pauline lived in her own home in Buffalo until she was 94. Due to illness, she moved to Aitkin, MN to be closer to her daughter, Paulette Anderson.
She is survived by her four children, Bill Anderson of Las Cruces, NM, Marcy Munsterteiger of Chula Vista, CA, Mary Nelson of McCall, ID, and Paulette Anderson of Aitkin, MN; two stepdaughters, Diane Morin of Zimmerman, MN and Alice Becker of Melbourne, Australia; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Pauline are Monday, December 22, 2014, 1:00 PM with visitation starting at 12:00 PM at The Peterson Chapel of Buffalo, 119 Central Avenue, Buffalo.
Interment Lakeview Cemetery in Buffalo, MN.
