Patricia M. Kessler, age 82, of St. Michael passed away on Thursday, August 27th, 2015 at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.
She was born on October 13, 1932 in Rogers the daughter of Matt & Laura (Lenz) Weber.
On November 3rd, 1953, Patricia M. Weber and William N. Kessler were joined in holy marriage at St. Walburga Catholic Church in Fletcher. God blessed their marriage with four children.
She was a faithful member of The Church of St. Michael in St. Michael and belonged to the Prayer Team.
She enjoyed playing cards, board games and bingo.
She was actively involved with her grandchildren and great-grandchildrens lives, they were very important to her.
Survived by children: Pam (Kent) Bjorklund of St. Michael, Nancy (Nate) Richards of Maple Lake, William P. (Kerry) Kessler of St. Michael and Vicki Dick of St. Michael and fiancée Bill Uter; eighteen grandchildren: Nate, Travis, Adam & Jake; Rachel, Allie, Ashley, Tyson and Wyatt; William, Sadie, Thomas and Michael; Cassandra, Joe, Mike, Jessica and Nick; eleven great grandchildren: Isaac, Ellie & Oliver; Crewe, Jaxx & Keen; Avery & Asher; Cobie; Quinn; and William; other relatives and many friends.
Preceded in death by husband William N. Kessler, her parents Matt & Laura Weber, a sister Marlene Kessler and by a brother Gene Weber.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Patricia Kessler will be held on Monday, August 31st at 11:00 A.M. at The Church of St. Michael in St. Michael. Father Peter Richards will be the Celebrant. Readers for the Mass will be Cassandra Dick and Allie Knutsen. Gift Bearers will be Sadie Kessler and Rachel Knutsen. Interment will follow at the St. Michael Cemetery.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 30th from 4-8 P.M. at The Peterson Chapel St. Michael-Albertville Funeral Home. Further visitation one hour prior to Mass at the church on Monday morning, August 31st.
Casket Bearers will be grandsons Nate Dahlheimer, Travis Dahlheimer, Adam Bjorklund, Jake Bjorklund, Bill Kessler, Tom Kessler and Mike Kessler.
