Hello family. We are sending our condolences. I am so sorry to be out-of-town on business this weekend. As we know, it is funerals or weddings when we get to see our extended family, and I am so disappointed not to be there. Uncle Orion will be remembered for his smile and wit!! What a peaceful passing from this hectic world into the peaceful and loving presence of his Heavenly Father! Now he is making everyone there laugh! God’s peace to all of you through this difficult time. Love and Prayers!

Long time Long Lost Lake friends of Orion and Faith remember Orion as the neighbor with the smile for everyone he met, accompanied by his ever ready offer of help to whomever needed his many talents, with his carpentry evidenced in cabins and cabin furniture of many lake residents. We have fond memories of their hosting the Long Lost Lake Area Association meetings mid the cluster of little buildings that he shared with pride. And we will remember Faith’s outdoor stove which Orion kept burning much of the time they were at the lake. His big black cowboy hat announced his cheery presence. He was a fixture in the social life of Long Lost Lake and will be remembered fondly through the many Orion stories that are shared. He will be missed.

We want to send the family our prayers and support. We will miss Orion. He was a kind, gentle, smiling, helpful person. We were honored to have Orion and Faith be our first guests when we had to move our cabin at LLL up the hill. Those are special memories for us.
    God bless you all.
