Greetings to you cousins at this time. Though we haven’t seen each other so much in adult life, I have fond memories of playing with Elaine when our family went to visit her folks on the Canby farm when we were kids. We are thinking of you and hope to see you Monday. Blessings of comfort and hope to all of you.

To Elaine’s family, My memories of Elaine go back to high school where we were part of a group that did things together—mostly rural kids. Always hopeful that Elaine would show up at a class reunion but that didn’t happen. Did get a bit of an update through Jeanette at the Swedish Hosp. Alumnae luncheon a while ago. Will lift the family up in my prayers for continued blessings through the sharing of memories of family and friends. Again we are reminded to treasure each day as a gift and use it for God’s glory and according to HIS plan. Peace to you. Ginny Melby Engfer

I have fond memories of Elaine at family gatherings on the farm; she had a similar serene countenance as her father and mother. Blessed be our memories.

I want to express my deepest sympathy to the Forys family. Although I never had the chance nor the pleasure to know Elaine, I am very lucky to have a close relationship with Steven Kelly, and knowing what a big and loving heart he has, I’m sure his mother was the one I have to thank. So I say “Thank you, Elaine”. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
