Melbourne “Sonny” Crowder age 88 of Watkins, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 16, 2009 at Hilltop Care Center in Watkins.Melbourne is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Anna Crowder and his uncle, Elmer (Esther) Wendroth. He is survived by five first cousins and many other relatives. Melbourne’s funeral service will take place on Saturday, July 25 at The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo at 11AM with a visitation one-hour prior. Burial will take place at Paynesville Cemetery in Paynesville.
