MaryRuth Norquist, age 87 of Albertville, MN passed away on March 13, 2016 at CentraCare Health, Monticello, MN. Memorial service on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11 AM at The Peterson Chapel, St. Michael, MN with visitation one hour prior to service at the chapel.
MaryRuth was born on March 12, 1929 to Elmer and Josephine (Gardner) Norton in Roosevelt, MN. She married Louis E. Norquist on August 3, 1947 in Roosevelt, MN. MaryRuth enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her family.
Preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Josephine Norton, brother, Edwin Norton, sisters, MaeEstella Weston, Alvina McKinnon
Survived by her husband of 68 years, Louis E. Norquist of Albertville, MN; daughters, Kathie Adam of Coon Rapids, MN and Debra Lewis (fiancé Preston Jones) of Ashville, NC; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Joseph Norton, Luverne Norton and Richard (CeCe) Norton.
