  1. Loving son

Mark was a great father, husband, uncle, son, grandson, and father in law. He loved his family and made sure to tell him. He and I talked every week on the phone, without fail, unless I had some random event going on. I’ll always remember his sense of humor and signature chuckle laugh. He wasn’t necessarily a complicated person, which made getting to like him easy. He and I loved talking about mutually enjoyed movies, television shows, and social commentaries. I never got the feeling he was a person of regret, instead always at peace with what he had accomplished. He loved that his kids were able to achieve great things. Dad will be missed dearly, and I know that each day he felt loved; I know I felt loved by him as he made sure to say it at the end of every conversation we had.
