Logan Timothy Sonenstahl, age 21 of St. Michael, passed away August 29, 2022.
He was born on July 9, 2001 in Monticello, Minnesota; the son of Timothy and Lonna (Kuss) Sonenstahl. Logan grew up in St. Michael and was a graduate of the St. Michael-Albertville class of 2020.

He showed respect, was well-spoken, and courteous to not only the customers, but his friends and family. Logan was never judgmental and was taught to help people in need; he was the friend that you could always count on.
His love of the outdoors began at an early age influenced by his parents and from being in Boy Scouts. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Some of his favorite fishing spots included being out on Lake Minnetonka, the Crow River, and Mississippi. Logan liked to explore caves and rock climb. He also enjoyed listening to music, playing basketball, snowboarding and skateboard with his friends. Logan loved spending time with friends and family.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Boyd and Delores Kuss, and Archie Sonenstahl.
Logan is survived by his parents, Tim and Lonna; brother, Parker; grandma, Toots Sonenstahl; many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.

My sincerest heartfelt sympathies for the loss of your beautiful son. I remember coming in with my Father Ben to buy a fishing pole in 2007. The cutest little five year old boy you could ever imagine was sitting on the countertop ready to check us out. He was definitely in charge of this operation. He knew his stuff.he tried to sell me all kinds if extras. Ha. A good boy . Good manners ,and as we left the bait shop, he shouted out “see ya later BIG BEN.”who happens to be my Father that I was with. His smile was contagious ,and after we left I tried to think up an excuse so I could return into the shop and see him grin one more time. Fast forward 11 years I met him in Facebook. He told me he’s learning to drive and passed his test .but when he grows up he’s going to be a bull rider. He treated me with kindness,
and that alone says alot about a person’s character. My love and sympathies to you all.
