Linda Margaret Ulen, age 64, of St. Michael passed away on Friday, October 4, 2013 at her residence.
She was born on March 16, 1949 in Minneapolis the daughter of Clem & Betty (Youngs) Ball.
In 1967, Linda graduated from Anoka High School, Anoka, Mn. She also attended North Hennepin Community College.
On May 31st, 1969, Linda M. Ball & Dale A. Ulen were joined in holy marriage at St. Alphonsus Church in Brooklyn Center. God blessed their marriage with two children.
Linda was owner of Maine Attraction Video and Tanning in St. Michael, Mn for sixteen years.
She enjoyed crafts, gardening, cooking, traveling, camping, movies, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Linda was a member The Church of St. Michael in St. Michael.
Survived by her loving husband: Dale A. Ulen; a daughter: Jill (Chuck) Berning; a son: Brett Ulen (Heather Moline); eight grandchildren: Elizabeth, Nicholas, Eric, Jacob, Presly, Reese, Rain, and Darius; sisters: Ruth Breeze, Betty Lou (Doug) Roy and Nancy (Bob) Stageberg; brother: Larry (Collette) Ball; other relatives and friends and by her beloved cats: Dusty Morgan and Samantha Lee.
Preceded in death by her parents: Clem & Betty Ball, two brothers: Robert Ball & Tom Ball and by a sister: Carol Hahn.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Linda Ulen will be held on Thursday, October 10th at 11:00 A.M. at The Church of St. Michael in St. Michael. Father Nathan LaLiberte will be the Celebrant. Interment will follow at The St. Michael Cemetery.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 9th from 4-8 P.M. at The Peterson Chapel St. Michael-Albertville Funeral Home. Further visitation will be held on Thursday morning, October 10th one hour prior to mass at the church.

We were so sorry to hear about the loss of Linda. She was such a loving, caring person. Nicki, Joel and I were priviledged to work for Linda and Dale for many years at the salon. She will be missed by many who loved and knew her. Rest in Peace, Linda! Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Linda was an amazing mentor and an even more amazing person.
