Lilly Jean Eickhoff, infant daughter of Jacob M. & Jenna R. (Hurley) Eickhoff passed away on Friday, September 18, 2015 at Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar.

She was born on Friday, September 18, 2015 at Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar.

In addition to her loving parents, she is survived her grandparents: Michelle (Chad) Hammill, Brett (Karen) Eickhoff, Tracey (Scott) Van Lith and Douglas Hurley; great grandparents: Marilyn Ulferts, Marguerite (Mike) Leopold, Mary Swanson, Janice Van Lith-Ruhr, Sydney & Rose Hurley and Peggy & Dale Martin; an uncle: Dawson Van Lith; aunts: Bethany Van Lith and Ashley Eickhoff.

Preceded in death by her great grandfathers: Joseph Eickhoff, Gene Swanson and Fredrick “Fritz” Van Lith and by an uncle Caleb Van Lith.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd at 1:00 P.M. at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Buffalo. Pastor Phil Meyer will officiate. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Rockford.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd one hour prior to services at the church.

Casket Bearers will be Nicholas Boisvert and Brett Eickhoff.
