It was a pleasure to know Mr. Bowman. Even when I was rushing, Mr. Bowman’s smile and laugh would make me laugh and slow down to enjoy his company. I knew him throughout some serious illnesses and was struck by his even temperament despite those conditions. He was a true gentleman to everyone and I feel grateful for having met him.
