FURTHER VISITATION MONDAY MORNING AT THE FUNERAL HOME FROM 9:30-10:30 A.M.

Larry A. Leither, age 64 of Rogers, passed away at home May 29 after a 2 year heroic fight with Mantel Cell Lymphoma. He was surrounded by his loving family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Linda (Mackedanz); son, Lonnie (Sonya) Leither; daughter, Leann (Cal) Barott; grandchildren, Yolonda & Zygi Leither; brothers & sisters, Walter (Eileen) Leither, Shirley (Eugene) O’Neill, Ronnie (Karen) Leither, Eugene (Mary) Leither, Elaine (Lee) Eisenchenk, Sharon (Roger) Torborg, Marvin (Diana) Leither; father & mother-in-law, Henry & Mary Mackedanz.

He is preceded in death by his parents Edmund & Antoinette (Neutgens) Leither, & his brother, Daniel.

Larry served in the US Army Reserves for 6 years, honorably discharged in 1974. He was a dedicated & loyal union member of Construction & General Laborers Union Local # 563 for 36 years. Larry was a member of the Catholic Aid & the Knights of Columbus.

Larry was a loving Husband, Dad & Grandpa. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, playing cards, dominos & trips to the casino with his wife. He enjoyed feeding the birds, squirrels & having a beautiful lawn.

A special thank you to oncologist, Dr K. & the staff of MN Oncology clinic Coon Rapids, the devoted staff on 2 East at Mercy Hospital & to Dr. Chambers, his cardiologist for 15 years.

Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, June 3, 2013 at 11 AM at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Rogers, MN.

Visitation on Sunday, from 4-8 PM with a Knights of Columbus prayer service at 7 PM at The Peterson Chapel, St. Michael, MN.

Interment St. Martin Cemetery, Rogers, MN.
