So sad to see Lance depart. One of the great artists of our time, and one real fine person, I have relished every moment of friendship with him. My deepest condolences.
I was so sorry and sad to hear about Lance. I remember those days at North Hennepin very well; Lance, Frank, Joe, Will, Sandra and Jeanne taught us so much. I was so glad I got to see Lance and Kathy at his retirement party. I know he will be dearly missed. You’re in my thoughts, Kathy.
Lance was a fellow classmate at Moorhead Senior High School. This was are 50th year of celebration since we graduated. Lance will be missed and at our class reunion this July 25th he will be present at our memorial table for classmates. You have our sympathy.
Uncle Lance had always been someone I have held great admiration for. He was so calm and pleasant and thoughtful. Oh the stories that were told alongside my father were so fun for us and the two of them. He held incredible talent in his life and we are all so fortunate that he shared it with us. I am so grateful for all that he and Kathy have done for our family through the years. I love you both so much. Love, Lyndsey
Lance and Kathy were our landlords in South Minneapolis for many years. We remember so well Lance’s quirky sense of humor and his constant meticulous maintenance of the duplex. It is a shock that he is gone so young.
