December 19, 1965 – December 18, 2022

   Kristen Denise Ferrian, age 56 of Albertville passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. She was born on December 19, 1965 in Montevideo to John & Betty (Stock) Halvorson. Kristen married Scott Ferrian on May 21, 1994 at Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Anoka. Their union was blessed with three daughters, Jessica, Brittney, and Amber. Kristen was a medical lab technician, stay at home mom, and enjoyed working in retail. The most important part of Kristen’s life was her family and grandchildren. She loved throwing themed birthday parties for her children, cross stitching, paint by numbers, playing cards, darts, and board games. As a member of Word of Peace Lutheran Church in Rogers, she liked participating in the Bell Choir.

Survived by her loving husband of twenty-eight years: Scott A. Ferrian; daughters: Jessica (Christopher) Parker of Lake Worth, Florida, Brittney Ferrian of Bothell, Washington and Amber Ferrian of Albertville; grandchildren: Owen & Madalyn; her parents: John & Betty Halvorson of Monticello; brothers: Steven (Julie) Halvorson, Jeffrey Halvorson and Scott (Dee) Halvorson; many other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by her grandparents:  Leona & Hjalmer Halvorson, Martha & Herman Stock, and sister-in-law: Anne Halvorson.
