Kenneth James Nelson, 53, of Buffalo lost his battle to cancer at home Thursday night, July 26th, 2007.

On March 10th, 1954, Richard and Florence (Lemere) Nelson welcomed Kenneth James into the world in Crystal, Minnesota.

Proceeded in death by father: Richard.

Survived by wife: Brenda; sons: Derek Nelson of Blaine and Shawn Nelson of Maple Grove; step-son: Jason Weidner of Buffalo; mother: Florence (Dick) Cotter of Anoka; brothers: Gary (Maria) Nelson of Brook Park, Brad (Joanne) Nelson of Crystal, and Todd (Mary) Nelson of Maple Grove; sisters: Vicki (Marlin) Henning of Coon Rapids and Lisa (Russ) Zahn of Allendale, ND; aunt, uncles, nephews, nieces and many great friends.

Memorial Service for Ken will be Wednesday, August 1st, 2007 at 12:30pm at Living Word Christian Center in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota with a 1 hour visitation prior to the start of the memorial service.

The interment will be a private family service.
