June 10, 1956 – May 30, 2020
Keith Leslie Dixon was born on June 10th, 1956 in Skipton, England to Bobby and Grace Dixon. He was the oldest of three siblings once Kevin and Wendy came along a few years later. He loved his early years in the Yorkshire Dales, playing on his aunt and uncles farm, walking the rolling fields and hiding in coal sheds to avoid going to school.
At age 5, Keith and his family moved to Oulton, where his dad had accepted a new position as the village policeman. It was here that Keith met many new lifelong friends, and eventually his future bride, Janet Sowry.
On December 28th, 1974 Keith and Janet were married and soon after welcomed a daughter, Nichola and a few years later a son, Liam. Keith studied hard to become an apprentice lithographer at Jarvis Porter and eventually secured a job at Alf Cooks printing firm. He took great pride in his job and moved up within the company quickly. Because of his ambition and skill Keith and his family we’re given the opportunity to move across the pond to Minnesota in 1986. He settled into life in Buffalo where again, he made many lifelong friends and excelled at his job at Eastman kodak.
Keith loved life. He spent almost every Saturday morning playing racquetball with his friend Joe and spent summers in Canada with his fishing and hunting buddies. Most of all Keith loved his family. He traveled back to England often to visit his family and friends and walk in the fields as he had as a young lad. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. He loved to travel with Charlie and ride the rails all over the country. He loved to watch Drew in all his theatrical shows and loved to hear him sing. He never missed one of Neve’s sporting events or shows and always made it to her away games, wherever they were. He loved playing with Addy and watching her play soccer, a game close to his English heart. He was the best Grandad, Dad and Husband that anyone could hope to have.
Keith left us all way too soon. We will forever miss his dancing skills, goofy jokes, unintelligible accent, generosity, thoughtfulness, spiky hair, mustache that would make Magnum PI jealous and the love that he had for us all.
He was met at the gates by his beloved Dad, Bobby and his best friend Rob. We’re sure they are all up there cheering on “Classy Cas” and dancing and singing to some great Northern Soul.
Until we meet again all of us here will miss him every day. His wife of 45 years Janet, his children, Nichola and Brad Elo, Liam and Heather Dixon and his 4 adoring Grandchildren, Charlie, Drew, Neve and Addy.
A private service for the family will be held June 10th with a celebration of his life to follow later in the day for all to attend.

Dear Janet and family, so saddened to hear of Keith’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
With deepest sympathy

Janet and family, I was so sorry to hear about Keith’s passing.
I work at Curtis1000 in Byron, MN. Keith would stop by and check up on us when we were testing new product or having issues with running product. He was so fun to talk to. I loved his accent and hearing the hunting stories and so many other fun stories. He had a gift as a story teller for sure. I could always count on him to help me with anything I needed to keep things moving at work, very professional at his job and so quick to get me answers when others could not.
I just heard the news today and wanted to reach out to give my deepest sympathy to the family of a wonderful man.
He will be truly missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.
Nic and Brad and family,
You have my deepest sympathy.
Janet I am so sad to hear about Keith’s passing. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers everyday. I will miss seeing him at the gym and out walking. Sending my love.
Janet, so sad to hear of Keith’s passing.
I will always remember him as a great English character. He brought seriousness to work and humor in between the work.

Carey Kotilinek and family!
“Keet” will forever be a legend in my mind. His professionalism and knowledge of printing and plate product was second to none! There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do to ensure that we were running smooth and there were no problems. I will forever remember his banter and yes his darn British accent that made you really focus in on the conversation. He would always stand side by side with you while talking thru a problem. Janet, and your family my thoughts are with you.
Deepest sympathy to Keith’s wonderful family xxx He was my world my amazing brother ! Life will never ever be the same without you and you will never be forgotten x
Dear Janet and family, our deepest sympathies to you all.

I was deeply sadden to hear the news of Keith’s passing. He will be dearly missed. Keith was a personal friend and co-worker at Kodak. He was always a delight to work with, very intelligent, high energy, wacky sense of humor, always willing to go the extra mile to do the right thing and simply was a pleasure to be with. Our deepest sympathies for your loss and may we all remember and cherish how Keith impacted our lives for the better. With love, Steve & Nancy Smith.
My condolences to the family and good friends of Keith. I met Keith for the first time a couple years ago working at a customer site for Kodak. I enjoyed talking with him from the start. I’ve always loved the Scottish accent! He had a great sense of humor and was always a pleasure to work with. He was very dedicated to helping his customers and to his family. He would tell me about his trips back across the pond sometimes multiple times a year for some family events. I was blown away by his passing. I was supposed to work with him the Monday after his passing. I was looking forward to getting to know him better. I guess that will have wait. Blessings to his family and friends.
