Kathleen Ann (Ziegler) Lommel
Age 63, of Buffalo, formerly of Hopkins passed away on Wednesday May 12th, 2010 at her home in Buffalo.
Kathleen was born in Minneapolis, MN on February 12th, 1947 the daughter of Edward and Marion (Glubke) Ziegler.
Kathy was a friendly, loving woman who would greet everyone with a hello and a hug. Family was her first priority. Her 9 grandchildren were the pride and joy of her life. She enjoyed reading and watching movies while on her porch savoring the view of Buffalo Lake.
Kathy is survived by her loving family: sons, Keith (Susie) Lommel of Big Lake, MN, Kelly (Michelle) Lommel of Big Lake, MN, Kurt (Hanni) Lommel of Buffalo, MN, grandchildren, Christian, Carter, Hunter, Alyssa, Gabrielle, Madelyn, Spencer, Emmit and Owen, mother, Marion Ziegler of Shakopee, MN, siblings, Barbara Ziegler of St. Louis Park, MN, Bonnie (Craig) Johnson of Bloomington, MN, Tom (Kathy) Ziegler of Minnetonka, MN.
She is preceded in death by: father, Edward Ziegler and niece, Kristi Kluge.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial held Monday May 17th, 2010, 11 A.M.
St. Francis Catholic Church, Buffalo, MN.
Visitation held two hours prior to Mass at Church.
Interment at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, Buffalo, MN.
The Peterson Chapel of Buffalo served the family.
