March 19, 1961 – May 20, 2024

Julie Ann Bobrowske, age 63, of Buffalo passed away on Monday, May 20th, 2024 at her residence.

She  was born March 19, 1961 and is preceeded in death by her husband (Jack), her parents (Frank and Marion), brother (Steven) and sister (Susan).  She is survived by her brother Richard (Carolyn), her children Korrin (William), Timothy (Melissa), many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her “favorite children” Joey & Ashley (her cats), countless other family members and friends.

She enjoyed attending concerts, planning parties, spending quality time with family and friends.  She loved to travel and picked up new friends along the way, who would always become family.

Julie grew up in Brooklyn Park, MN and has remained friends with many of her high school classmates still to this day.  She was a pro at roller skating, foosball, pool, dancing and no matter where she went, she was with her best friend, sister Sue.  Eventually, they would claim themselves as the “Shondell Sisters,” since they followed Tommy James all over the country.

One of the biggest qualities about Julie, besides her enormous giving heart, is she was so good at personalizing every gift no matter what the occasion. She always put others first and was so thoughtful with everything she did. To know her is to love her.

Love you to the Moon and Back!

    Mama Julie,
Oh, how you will be missed by so many. You lit up every room and made every person you came across feel so special. We often speak how none of us combined could ever compare to you. How you made everyone a priority, made it to every occasion that was important to someone, how you literally did it all. I will hold the memories of the cabin close to my heart.

    There will be another angel
    Around the throne tonight
Your love lives on inside of me
And I will hold on tight
It’s not my place to question
    Only God knows why
I’m just jealous of the angels
    Around the throne tonight

My brother Jack always said that Julie coming into his life was the best thing that ever happened to him. And it was the best thing for all of our family to have her in our lives. I loved her as a sister and am grateful for the love and joy she shared so generously.

Heartfelt sympathy to all of Julie’s family. Her love of family was certainly evident. She was a genuinely beautiful person. As an important member of the Bobrowske family, her absence will be felt deeply as husband Jack before her. We are very sad that we cannot attend the funeral because we are having an extended stay with our daughter in Norfolk, VA following surgery. Please know that our hearts and minds are with you in spirit during these most difficult days. Praying that God will give you the strength for each day.
