Griffith, Josephine Elizalde, age 55, of Buffalo, passed away unexpectedly and went home to the Lord on Friday, November 21, 2014.
Josie was a wonderful wife, mother, and friend who loved to share smiles and laughter with all she met. We’re so thankful that someone who grew up half-way around the world, was introduced to our family, and touched the lives of so many. She worked at Carlson Co. for 13 years, as a tech support agent, and put her heart into the job every day.
Survived by her husband of 26 years, Randy; daughters Paula (Shane Gurek) and Michelle; grandchild, Sofia; siblings, Joey, Ed, Noel, Tess, and Malou; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other family
and many friends.
A celebration of Josie’s life will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Buffalo, MN on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation 1 hour prior to service, with lunch to follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorials
preferred.

Our deepest condolences go out to all of you. Josie was an amazing woman who was always there cheering on whatever game she was watching Michelle in. Randy, Michelle, and Josie’s entire family,
Words seem inadequate when there has been such a tremendous loss. Though I only knew Josie for a few years, I immediately recognized what a beautiful soul she was. Her love for her family knew no bounds, and she was so, so proud of her children and her husband. Josie was one of the most positive, cheerful, and giving people I have ever had the privilege of working with. I will miss chatting with her, and hearing about Michelle’s sports. This world won’t be quite as bright, knowing that Josie has gone Home. With friendship and deepest sympathy,
Kathy Skala
Randy and Michelle,
So saddened to hear of Josie’s passing. She was such a wonderful person. I LOVED to hear her laughter when Annika and Michelle were playing softball back our days living in Buffalo. You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Kirsti, Kelly, Annika, Bailey and Cooper Hein
