One our prior to Mass
Joseph Nicholaus Waxweiler, age 80, of Albertville ( formerly of St. Michael ) passed away December 15, 2012, following a brief illness. He was born the son of Francis and Matilda ( Witzman ) Waxweiler, of St. Paul, Minnesota, however at an early age, moved to the country with his parents and later
took over the farming, near St. Michael. Surviving is daughter Ann ( David ) Braden of Albertville, Minnesota; two sisters, Mary ( George ) Hunter
of Sauk Center, Minnesota, Margaret ( Charles ) Breneman of Moorehead, Minnesota and one grandaughter, Rhonda Waxweiler of Albertville.
He was preceeded in death by his parents, Francis and Matilda, spouse Bernice and son Henri George Waxweiler. Services are planned for 10:00 A.M. Friday December 21, 2012 at St. Michael Catholic Church, St. Michael, Minnesota with burial to follow at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.
We were sad to hear of your loss. We are “long lost” family from the Morris, MN area. My grandparents were Kill/ Satzer and I have heard of the Waxweilers from St. Michael and met when I was very small. My mother is Mary Lou Boon (Satzer) from Morris, MN.
She is 81 yrs old and knew Joseph.
