September 24, 1997 – January 11, 2023

On Tuesday January 10th 2023 Johnathan Hoyt Jr passed at his home in Cold Spring MN from Medical Complications. Johnathan was survived by his parents John Hoyt Sr, Jamie Hoyt, and his siblings, Jadynmarie (16), Jaina (12), Jacen (10), and his partner Morgan McKibbin and her son Liam.

Johnathan graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice from St Cloud State University in 2020.  He started working for Stearns County Jail as a correctional officer and was selected to join the Specialized Operations Response Team (SORT).

 

Johnathan had a bright and vibrant personality that lit up any room he entered.  He brought laughter wherever he went.

Johnathan enjoyed spending time with his family, playing table top games, golfing, working out at the gym, riding his bike, and spending time with his Stinky Slinkies, AKA his ferrets.

Johnathan will forever be missed!  Please join us for a celebration of life at The  Peterson Chapel, 300 Main St N, in St Michael MN.   A visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. until time of services.   Reception to follow for all who would like to visit and remember Johnathan David Hoyt Jr, aka Hoyt, aka Kid, aka Johnny, aka John, aka Flubber aka Johnny Jo-honny flubbairo chumowski a la buttik a la buttik-boy!

Johnathan’s parent request that you forgo typical funeral attire as this is a celebration of life,  dress how Johnny knew you!
