    To the family of JoAnn,
My aunt and I came to know JoAnn through Golden Living Center. My aunt was in there for a short time and now that she is out, we still go there to visit our pals. We were going to go visit on Wednesday evening, but found out Joanne passed on Tuesday morning. We were saddened to hear the news. We would run into Joanne at the doctors office in Maple Grove and at dialysis. She sure got around! It won’t be the same going to Golden Living Center without seeing her there. She was always smiling, singing and writing poetry. Everyone found her to be a real joy! I still can’t believe she left. At least now she is free from everything and I’m sure she is singing for the Lord now. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all and we think of Joanne often. Our deepest sympathy.

On behalf of my brothers and our families, I would like to express our condolences to JoAnn’s family. Our Mother, Lila, stayed at Golden Living during the spring and early summer of this year. During her time there, our Mom experienced many ups and downs. One thing that was always constant was the visits JoAnn made to my Mom’s bedside when her health was faltering. Even when our Mom was unable to respond, JoAnn’s visits brightened the day of my brothers and me as we comforted our Mom. She was a blessing to us and to Golden Living and she will be missed.
