JoAnn Catherine Lehn, age 78 of St. Michael, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 17, 2017. She was born June 25, 1939 in Butte, Montana, the daughter of Norbert and Regina (Asfeld) Nistler.
On April 12, 1958 JoAnn Nistler and John Lehn were united in marriage at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Crystal, Minnesota.
JoAnn was a devoted-loving-caring wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She lived life to its fullest and liked to have fun. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends doing all the recreational activities the Minnesota lakes and rivers have to offer. In her golden years her dream came true; summer home on the lake – winter home in Arizona, Ah the good life! She also enjoyed baking, flower gardening, traveling, playing cards, shopping, and many outings with her ladies group.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Norbert and Regina Nistler.
She is survived by her husband, John Lehn; daughters, Carrie (Ken) Beaudry, Barb Lehn, Susie (Ron) Lynch, Jenny (Don) Tomann; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Kathy (Jack) Hlavacek, Tom Nistler, Wanda (Jim) Storie; and many other family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial for JoAnn Lehn will be held Friday, August 25, 2017 at 11:00 AM, with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM at St. Michael Catholic Church in St. Michael. Interment at Mary Queen of Peace – St. Martin Cemetery in Rogers.
