Jesus Eduardo Rueda Garcia “Chuy”, age 13, of Big Lake passed away on Monday, August 20th, 2018 at his residence.
He was born on August 20, 2005 in St. Paul, Minnesota the son of Apolinar Rueda Hernandez and Maria C. Garcia Garcia.
Jesus attended Big Lake Middle School where he would be in the 8th grade.
Survived by his loving parents: Apolinar Rueda Hernandez and Maria C. Garcia Garcia; sisters: Ana Rueda Garcia and Abigail Rueda Garcia; other relatives and many friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Jesus Eduardo Rueda Garcia will be held on Friday, August 24th, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Henry’s Catholic Church in Monticello.
Interment St. Henry’s Cemetery.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 23rd, 2018 from 3-9 P.M. at The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo.
Casket Bearers will be Apolinar Rueda Hernandez-his father, Eli Escarzaga, Gustavo Lopez, Felipe Zoria, Vidal Novela and Enrique Diaz.

Jesús Eduardo Rueda García “Chuy”, de la edad 13, de Big Lake falleció en su residencia en lunes, 20 de agosto de 2018.
Nació el 20 de agosto de 2005 en St. Paul, Minnesota el hijo de Apolinar Rueda Hernández y María C. Garcia Garcia.
Jesús asistió a Big Lake Middle School donde estaría en el 8 º grado.
Sobrevivido por sus amorosos padres: Apolinar Rueda Hernández y María C. Garcia Garcia; hermanas: Ana Rueda García y Abigail Rueda García; otros parientes y muchos amigos.
Se celebrará una Misa de cristiana sepultura para Jesús Eduardo Rueda García el viernes, 24 de agosto de 2018 a las 11:00 a.m. en la iglesia católica de San Enrique en Monticello con entierro en el Cementerio de San Enrique.
Una visita se celebrará en jueves, 23 de agosto de 2018 de 3-9 P.M. en la capilla de Peterson en Buffalo.
Portadores del féretro serán Apolinar Rueda Hernández-su papá, Eli Escárzaga, Gustavo López, Felipe Zoria, Novela de Vidal y Enrique Díaz.

Jesus was on the cross country and track teams with my son, and I really enjoyed watching him run (he was very fast!). We are deeply saddened by his death. Our prayers are with you.

My heart goes out to the family and friends of Jesus. I did not know him personally but when I heard about his death I felt such sorrow, I keep thinking about him, I go to bed thinking about him and wake up thinking about him. His death is yet another reminder that life can be so short and we never know when it will be the last time we see our loved ones. I’m so sorry he left this world at such a young age. May his family and friends feel the comfort and strength that only a God can provide and may they also feel the love from others. God Bless you today and always.

Words can’t possibly express how very sorry I am that your family is going through this. Jesus was a dedicated cross country and track runner and a wonderful, fun loving boy. I am so very sorry for your loss. His coaches and teammates will miss him greatly. God bless you and hold you.
I was one of Jesus’s kindergarten and first grade teachers. I also taught Abby and Ana. I am so saddened to hear about Jesus. He always made me laugh and was the sweetest kid. I am heartbroken for his family and friends and will be thinking about you often. ❤️

I was in cross country with Jesus and more importantly we were friends three years ago before he passed. The time I knew Jesus in such a deep way was limited but not without meaning. I think about Jesus almost every day and It pains me when this day comes around. he was so honest and understanding, I wouldn’t be the person I am today if I hadn’t met him. He forever will have a piece of my heart.
