Jennifer Lea Campbell, 41, of Buffalo, MN passed away accidently on Thursday, April 5th, 2012.

Jennifer was born on February 8, 1971 daughter of John & Karen (Scott) Campbell of Buffalo. She is survived by her Parents; her Sister, Jill (& Jeff) Murphy; Brother, Troy (& Dani) Campbell; Nieces & Nephew, Megan, Sarah, & Grace Murphy, Lauren & Brock Campbell; Special friends, Wendy, Leila, Bonnie, & LeeAnn. She was preceded in death by her close friends, Charley & Terri, of whom we are sure she is soaring free in heaven with right now.

When Jen was born, she was without oxygen for an undetermined amount of time & doctors told her parents that she would not breathe again on her own. Little did they know, Jen & God had a different plan in mind….

She has blessed many people over her lifetime & we are all touched deeply for having Jen in our lives. She loved her family & friends, loved “going out for lunch”, singing along with Megan as she played the guitar, loved joking around & laughing, & of course she really loved “hotdogs & pop” (for those of us that really know Jen). Jen loved to visit us, but she loved to “go home” just as much. As Dani put it as Jen was passing, now she can really Go Home, Home….

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Buffalo, MN on Tuesday, April 10th, 2012 at 11:00AM, preceded by a one hour visitation at the church from 10:00-11:00.

Peterson Chapel in Buffalo handled the arrangements for the family.

I was sad to hear the news about Jenny. I had her in Special Olympics and physical education when she was younger. Such a sweet gal and I have sweet memories of her. Be assured she is rejoicing in heaven now.

So surprised to see Jen’s obit in the paper on Sunday. What fond memories I have of that young lady as one of my students. Oh, how she strived to always break her record at Functional and couldn’t wait to get enough certificates to win a pop!!! I didn’t know Charlie had died. How hard that must have been for Jen as they were together so many years. My condolences to all of you. I would love to come to the service but unfortunately, Tuesday is one of my babysitting days with grandkids.

    John and Karen,
My heart goes out to you and your family. It was a priviledge to work with Jen during my years at REM, and she will truly be missed. She held a special place in the hearts of many and she will not be forgotten. I pray that you find peace knowing that she is home with God and with others (Terri and Charlie come to mind) who have gone before her.

John, Karen, and Family; I was so sad to hear of Jen’s passing. I worked with Jen 20 plus years and she brought joy to every who knew her. Take comfort in the days that follow. Cherished memories and God will give you strength.
