My sympathy to the LaFave families. We have lost a wonderful lady. She was the kindest, most giving person and I am happy to have had the chance to spend time with her. Touching so many lives I am sure none of us will ever forget her. She had a strong personality and her colorful opinions on certain subjects made me chuckle. I will miss her phone calls “checking up on me.” I am sure she will have an eye on all of us from above. RIP Jeanette

We stopped by today to bring Jeanette a red watermelon–the first of the season from our watermelon farm. So sad to learn from the Buffalo Floral crew that Jeanette has passed away on Saturday. Jeanette was a great caretaker and friend when we lived at Lakeview Apartments in Buffalo. We loved her. We will remember her kindness, her generosity and her warm smile whenever our paths crossed. Our time with her always lifted our spirits. Our deepest condolences to her family and friends–the touchstones of her life. We will always cherish her memory. May God Bless and keep you always.

To Jeanette’s family; she will be missed and remembered by many. There isn’t one person in Buffalo that didn’t know the sweet ‘lil lady who brought them goodies and napkins. I treasure every day I spent with her, all the stories and history of the town , the people that lived there and mostly the love that she had for her family. Finally at peace and with the those she missed in heaven above. I am honored to have been your friend, Lynn Ludders

Buffalo has been my home for 30+ years…to me Jeanette was Buffalo’s Gem! Often smiling, always on a mission, and would just pop into my business to say hello or drop off a treat…she will remain special to those who benefited from her personality! And there were many people in her life!!! God bless, Jeanette!246d
