Sarge was such a sociable person with a glowing smile and warm hug. He was a fisherman, hunter, and great Karaoke singer. But above all, he was an incredible son, grandson, brother, uncle and friend with a heart of gold.
Survived in death by his maternal grandmother, Jean (Able) Olson, Mother, Karen (Olson) Sargent, Father, Jim Sargent, Sister, Nicole Sargent, Nephew, Alex Sargent and many friends and family.
Celebration of life will be held at the family home on Saturday, July 28, at 3 PM with memorial ceremony at 5 PM. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted at Klein Bank in care of Jason Sargent.

It is with a deep heart that I send my sympathies and condolences to all of Jason’s family and friends. I know his loss will always be felt but so will the memory of his laughter, storytelling, fish tales and the deer that got away, his giving nature and his ability to make you feel so special. I will never forget our time spent around his family kitchen table in the stories told. The time we spent driving around listening to music and singing at the top of our lungs while we tried to look for deer, the evenings where we watched the same movie more than once and time spent talking about high school, shenanigans and old friends. Most of all I will carry with me the memory of his laugh, his smile and his ability to give you the most warm hug and then look at you with a big happy grin followed by a chuckle that made you feel so important and even if just for a moment everything was going to be alright.
