Gary R. Sather, age 79 of St. Michael, passed away March 29, 2018. Preceded in death by parents and son, Kevin. Survived by wife of 59 years, Vaunda; daughter, Leigh Ann; son, Mark; grandchildren Rochelle, Zac, Hannah, and Hayden; and daughter-in-law, Luanne. After retiring as a tool and die/mold maker, he spent much of his free time outdoors: hunting, fishing, and relaxing at the family cabin. He also enjoyed playing cribbage with friends. Memorial service will be held Saturday, 4/14/18, at 2 PM with visitation one hour prior at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 11024 Church St. NE, Hanover MN. Memorials can be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
