Frances I. Balck, age 97, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020. Frances is survived by her brother, Herman Peterson and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Balck. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
