Frances Caroline Mollner, 88, of Long Prairie died peacefully on January 15, 2015 at the Lake Ridge Nursing Home in Buffalo, MN after six months of declining health.

She was born to John and Vivian Jensen in Bottineau County, North Dakota on August 15, 1926. After graduation from high school she moved to Long Prairie, MN and married Frank Mollner where she resided until moving to the nursing home. Together they raised three children.
Besides being a homemaker who cared well for her husband and children, Frances enjoyed cooking, crocheting, sewing, quilting, playing cards and gardening, especially growing flowers. She devoted many hours to elderly friends, neighbors and the United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her three children, Linda (Lloyd) Swalve of Mabel, MN, Brad (Marie) Mollner of Long Prairie, MN and Barb (Bryan) Claseman of Buffalo, MN. Six grandchildren: Ann Krosch, Danielle and Rachel Claseman, Amanda (Patrick), Kim, and Tyler Mollner and one great granddaughter Jensen Krosch.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank, parents John and Vivian Jensen, brother John Jensen Jr. and son in law Earl Krosch
