Flora Oman, age 81, passed away Tuesday June 7, 2011 at the Wellstead of Rogers.

Flora was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on August 20, 1929, the daughter of Floyd and Elsie (Holm) Vail.

She is survived by her children: Sandra K. Beseman, Steven M. (Mary) Oman, Suzanne G. (Steve) Stensrud and Shelli A. (Walt) Lorman; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Flora was preceded in death by her husband, Gayle E. Oman; parents; sisters, Janet Schnelley, Betty Smith and twin sister, Donna Darden; granddaughters, Crystol Besemann and Carrie Lorman.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at Word of Peace Lutheran Church in Rogers, Minnesota. Visitation will be held Tuesday at the church from 10:00am until the time of service. Interment will be in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery next to her husband.
